Where do the Purchase links take me?
There are two ways to purchase our music.

Our digital distribution is handled through Rebeat, a digital music distribution company in Austria. When you click the “Purchase” link for a single track/song, you will be taken to one of the popular music sites like iTunes or Napster where the music is for sale. That site will allow you to purchase the MP3 download of the song you have chosen.

If you choose to purchase the album or song as a physical CD, the link will take you to one of our online stores, including JoysJewelz on eBay (http://stores.ebay.com/Joys-Jewelz) and joysjewelz.com

How do you safeguard my e-mail address and other private information?
We never under any circumstances sell or rent any e-mail or other personal information of any of our clients or customers.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For music downloads purchased through iTunes, Napster and the like, payment will be handled on their site. Anything purchased directly on our site or one of our subsidiary companies can be paid by a variety of methods – money order, cheque and Paypal. PayPal is a safe and simple way to make online payments. You can pay with money held in your PayPal account balance or to access another payment method such as a credit or debit card or bank account. If you don’t already have PayPal account, please visit them at www.paypal.com.

Where are you located?
Our International headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona, USA

Do you have bricks and mortar store?
No. In the past, we had actual retail outlets in various locations. With the proliferation of e-commerce and the speed of electronic delivery, we have opted to do all of our retail sales through electronic means.

What is your return policy?
Defective CDs will be replaced. Digital downloads are not refundable.

On the related links page, there are links to our other websites. Each website has an “about us” page with information tailored to that website. n-space records and wizard electric music (our recording studio) has a Facebook Fan Page.

What type of music does n-space records produce?
Our genres include Techno – Dance, Adult Contemporary, Meditation and Relaxation, Jazz and Country.

Do I need permission from n-space records to use one of your recordings, or part of one for my film, play, advertisement or other medium?
Yes.

How do I receive permission?
Go to the 'Contact Us' page and fill out the form with the details on where/how you want to use our recording(s). We will review and respond to your request within 24-48 hours. Where possible, and if appropriate, include any links to your film, advertisement or where you will be using the recording.

How can I find out more information about your new releases or when they will happen?
Sign up for either our newsletter or request for information and we’ll let you know when we are releasing new material.

I love your original art on your album covers – is it for sale?
Yes. Our original one-of-a-kind paintings are for sale on KellanFluckiger.com and in our store on Etsy at www.etsy.com/shop/joysjewelz

In addition to the original art for our album covers, Kellan has other artworks for sale. All are done using acrylic paints on framed canvas.
